I grew up in a small town (one stop light) (in both of the towns closest to me) on a small "farm." We managed to maintain 3 cows, 3 pigs, acre size veggie garden, some chickens, small fruit orchard, and a lot of peacan trees and occasionally had a goat or two. In my community everybody knew everybody. We all attended the same church. And summer days were spent in the garden, shucking corn, snapping green beans, and shelling peas. Summer evenings were spent on the front porch swing making homemade ice cream. Life was simple. Life was carefree. That is the life that has made me who I am today. I am a country girl who loves the modern twist! I have a deep love for photography, crafts, clothes, shoes, vacations, scrapbooking, party planning, gardening, decorating, my job, my children, my pets, my Scentsy, and the newest addition, Pinterest (Ha!).
