The Truth Hurts is my way of venting, being honest, writing it out, seeking advice, trying to connect and not feel like I am the only one who feels this way. More than likely the focus will be on parenting but may include other topics. Parenting is seriously the hardest job I have ever had and probably the most controversial topic, not to mention I work with juveniles who commit crimes. I am hoping to keep this as a weekly blog in addition to my photo memoir. I tossed the idea around of creating a blog specifically for this purpose but decided I didn't want to keep up with muliple blogs. If it becomes more than a weekly discussion then I may change my mind. For now all the titles will begin with The Truth Hurts: and then a sub-title for the topic of discussion.
Everybody's parenting style is different. Unless their is neglect or abuse then to each his own. I am proud of my girls. I am proud of how they are growing, learning, and maturing. I don't think my children are better than yours or that I am a better parent than you. The best examples to use are my own. And if you are offended then perhaps.....
