1/2 red bell pepper (chopped)
4 fresh mushrooms (sliced)
1 green onion (minced)
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. dried basil

  2. Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl, and toss to coat.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute chicken in butter until no longer pink and juices run clear, about 10-15 minutes. Add green peppers, red peppers, sliced mushrooms, and green onions; cook for 5-8 minutes. Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream. Season sauce with basil, lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder, ground pepper, and heat through. (Sauce will thicken as it sits)
  4. In a large bowl, toss linguini with sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Thomas and I thought it was delicious! The girls thought it looked pretty and smelled good.

Kayla went back for seconds :)

Alyssa said it was "okay" and ate what was on her plate.
